What the data says about home services ads.

Three things most agencies won't tell you:

Platform conversions don't equal booked jobs.

Google Ads and GA4 each have their own definition of "converted." Neither knows if you booked the work. We pipe your CRM bookings back to Google using offline conversion APIs, and run AI analysis on every tracked call to verify service area, intent, and whether the job actually closed. Google then learns from real wins instead of optimistic clicks.

Offline conversions don't require a fancy CRM.

We integrate directly with ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and most home services platforms. If you don't have one, we set up a simple workflow for your team to mark which form fills booked and which calls turned into work. Either way, the data going back to Google is clean.

Running Google and Meta in parallel from day one splits your data — neither platform gets enough signal to optimize well. We start on Google, where home services intent lives in search, and stay there until we've hit diminishing returns. Most clients run Google for 6+ months before we even discuss Meta.

How fast can I see results?

What's the contract?

Month to month. Unlike most agencies, no 30-day notice period. Cancel any time and we close out the current month. We earn next month every month.

What if it doesn't work?

If you don't see booked jobs from our campaigns by day 60, we have a direct conversation and either fix it or part ways. No long contracts holding you hostage.

Who pays for the ads?

You do. Directly to the ad platforms. We never touch your ad spend and we don't mark it up. Our fee is our fee. Separate.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do — always. We set up the account under your business name and your billing, even on day one. Most agencies create accounts under their own roof and turn "account release" into a fee or a 30-day standoff. We don't play that game. If we ever part ways, you walk away with every campaign, every conversion history, and every dollar of optimization we built.
