Who we are
SolidLift Media is a digital advertising agency serving home services businesses in the United States. This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website at solidlift.co.
What we collect automatically
When you visit this site we load three measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Google's analytics service. Records page views, session activity, approximate geographic location, device type, and referral source. Sets cookies starting with
_ga. Data is processed by Google in the United States and may be transferred internationally. - Meta Pixel (Facebook). Meta's advertising measurement script. Records page views and conversion events (such as when you submit our audit request form) so we can measure the effectiveness of any Facebook or Instagram ads we run. Sets cookies including
_fbp. Data is processed by Meta. - Cloudflare Web Analytics. Privacy-friendly server-side traffic measurement. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data sent.
We also host the site on Cloudflare, which logs standard server-side request data (such as IP addresses, request times, and user-agent strings) for security and performance purposes. We do not access or use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
You can opt out of GA4 globally via Google's opt-out browser add-on. Most browsers and ad blockers will also block the Meta Pixel at the browser level.
What you provide
If you email contact@solidlift.co or otherwise contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to send (typically your name, email address, and a description of your business needs). We use that information to respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the services we agree to.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Provide the advertising services we are engaged to perform
- Communicate with you about our work together
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use third-party vendors to operate our business (including email hosting, a CRM, and the analytics and advertising services described above); those vendors receive only the information needed to do their job, and they are bound by their own privacy commitments. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or opt out of further communications by emailing contact@solidlift.co. Residents of California and other states with similar privacy laws have additional rights under those laws; we will honor them on request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
